I cited Wired Sonoma in my
Cuclis PR blog post this week about word of mouth marketing. Those of us living in small towns are familiar with this good old fashioned concept, which now has a high tech approach thanks to social media. There's even a relatively new trade (just a few years old) association dedicated to this "new" marketing concept: the
Word of Mouth Marketing Association, or WOMMA. WOMMA's website has lots of interesting information.
