Susan Russo was a Human Resources Generalist for a nationwide insurance company. This experience gave her a broad background in employment issues. In 1992 Susan moved on from that company and began a successful career in the staffing industry.

After nine years as a regional manager with one staffing service, Susan opened a “direct hire” recruitment firm with a new and innovative business approach.
